If you leave a review we collect your name, the area you are in, the job type and your review.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, carry out work you instruct us to do and, where you have submitted one, to publish your review once approved. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Storing and sharing
Enquiries and uploaded photographs are stored securely on our website's hosting and database platform, and a notification is emailed to us so we can reply. Photographs you upload are held privately and are not published without your permission. We share information only where necessary to provide the service or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, quote and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
